Deposits and Payment

To secure our services on your wedding day a deposit is required at the time of booking.  

This will be taken off the final amount on the day, though not refundable if cancelled outside the notice period.

Group Bookings 2+ people (not a Wedding & where individuals want to pay separately)	50% of Balance

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require the following notice period. Cancellations without notice will forfeit any deposit made.

Weddings & Group Bookings 2+	8 weeks
Other Individual Special Occasions	7 days

Public Holidays & Easter (Surcharge price is on top of each individual quote)	$20ea p/p
Services Provided Before 6am (price is on top of Final Quote)	$25 hour

 

For your convenience we offer the following payment options: Cash Money order Direct bank deposit or Internet transfer                        B.S.B: 638-060 ACC#:12864560- Heritage Bank, Sandra Figueiredo. For reference use your name.

Approximate quotes are given at our consultations and all costs are finalised at the trial run. Definite and final pricing costs are provided prior to commencement of services at the time of the consultation or trial according to each individual.

Our prices are determined by client demand, our ongoing training and our years of experience as well as by the time allocated, techniques used and hair length/thickness.

Please note that prices are an indication only and may vary depending on circumstances and services required. Wedding Synergy reserves the right to alter prices at any time.

Please note outstanding payments on the day of service will require the cash payment option only.

Parking needs to be arranged for us for any services we provide at a hotel or resort. Please note that some hotels may incur parking fees.

Travel fee: Travel price on application.Travel price is determined by all the expenses related to my mobile salon on wheels (the car) e.g Petrol etc, the distance traveled and time.

A travel fee is necessary, as there are extra expenses involved that you may not be aware of, such as the following:

Please understand that Petrol in constantly rising and also my lost income on travelling to and from location.  I have carefully researched many of my competitors which I found all charge a travel fee and I found most charge for both the travel to and from location.

If you are concerned, on a budget and convenience is not an issue and you wish to save money on the travel fee. I would highly suggest the option of accepting my invitation to come to my home studio (Eight Mile Plains) and have mocktails and chocolates. It would be my pleasure to do the bridal parties’ hair and make-up here.

If you are keen to have the convenience of me coming to you the travel fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
